Based on the information found on the official website, I can say that you don't need to pay for licenses of VirtualCloneDrive because it's a freeware product. This means you can install it on many computers you have in your organization/home/etc.
Try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
After that, try running AdwCleaner to make sure that there are no leftover rogue registry keys or toolbars in your system.
Today is April 14 but MalwareBytes Anti-malware v2.0.1.1004 reports the file C:\Program Files (x86)\Elaborate Byes\VirtualCloneDrive\VCDMount.exe as a Trojan.Zbot.FKV and places it in Quarantine.
Is this a false positive? The file's never changed since I installed it and has the following hash value: (SHA-256) 9cd3f17c2f323696ef3a9793ba0324fe15d501c7f368e1e545ed08171488a02b
Someone from this organization needs to report this to MalwareBytes or people will stop using the product.

First restore the file from the quarantine to its original place. Visit VirusTotal and upload your file and scan it. If there is a false positive about the file, the scanners will indicate the file is safe.
However, I have installed and scanned the file and it's safe to use. The detection ratio is 0/51. Use the online contact form to report this error to Malwarebytes developers.
What is the cost of 3 VirtualCloneDrive programs?
